Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels.
- Identify potential clients and develop business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Perform additional business development and client management activities as required by management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT), Excel, and Word.
- Strong lead generation and sales conversion abilities.
- Client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and acquiring new clients.
