Indian Art is an established branding and signage company with a legacy in the industry and now operates across Digital LED Screens, Digital Signage, Signage & Branding, Electrical Works, AC Installation and Interior Modification Works.
We are looking for an experienced Execution & Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of project execution and coordinate between clients, design teams, vendors, fabrication teams, installation teams and site teams.
Key Responsibility
The person will be responsible for converting approved projects into successful on-ground execution.
1. Project Planning & Execution
Understand client requirement, scope, BOQ and approved quotation.
Prepare project execution plan, timelines and milestones.
Coordinate complete execution from material procurement to final handover.
Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
Identify execution risks before they become site problems.
2. Digital LED & Digital Signage Projects
Basic understanding of Outdoor/Indoor LED Displays, LED modules, cabinets, power supplies, receiving cards and controllers.
Coordinate LED screen fabrication, structure, electrical work, installation and commissioning.
Coordinate with technical vendors for controller configuration and troubleshooting.
Ensure screen installation and commissioning as per approved specifications.
3. Signage & Branding Execution
Coordinate fabrication and installation of ACP signage, 3D letters, glow signs, LED signage, branding elements and other signage works.
Understand basic fabrication, electrical and installation requirements.
Coordinate measurements, drawings and site requirements.
4. Vendor & Procurement Management
Coordinate with LED suppliers, signage fabricators, electricians, fabricators, installers, transporters and other vendors.
Obtain quotations and compare commercial/technical proposals.
Ensure material reaches site as per schedule.
Maintain vendor performance and delivery timelines.
5. Site Management
Conduct/coordinate site surveys.
Verify site measurements and execution feasibility.
Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements.
Ensure safety, workmanship and quality standards.
6. Client Coordination
Act as the primary execution contact after project confirmation.
Communicate project status to clients.
Coordinate site visits, approvals, installation schedules and inspections.
Handle execution-related client complaints and resolve them quickly.
7. Project Cost & Control
Monitor project-wise material, labour, transportation and installation costs.
Prevent unnecessary wastage and additional expenses.
Track project profitability against approved BOQ/budget.
Report any scope changes before execution.
8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project files, BOQ, drawings, measurements and material records.
Prepare daily/weekly project status reports.
Maintain project photographs and installation records.
Prepare snag lists and ensure closure.
Coordinate final commissioning and handover documentation.
Candidate Profile
We are not looking only for a traditional Project Manager.
The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following:
Digital Signage
LED Display Projects
Signage & Branding
Advertising Fabrication
AV / System Integration
Retail Fit-Out
Interior Execution
Electrical/MEP Project Execution
Exhibition / Event Fabrication
Must Have
4–8 years practical project execution experience.
Strong vendor coordination skills.
Strong site-management capability.
Ability to read basic drawings/BOQ.
Basic understanding of electrical work.
Basic understanding of LED/Digital Signage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for Pan-India projects.
Strong follow-up and deadline-management skills.
Should be comfortable working with vendors, technicians and site workers.
Good to Have
Experience with LED Display / Digital Signage.
Knowledge of Novastar / Colorlight controllers.
Understanding of LED modules, SMPS, receiving cards and cabinets.
Experience with ACP, 3D letters, glow signage and fabrication.
Experience in retail branding rollouts.
Experience managing multiple city projects.
Vendor network across different cities.

Salary
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000/month, depending on experience and capability.
For an exceptional candidate with strong LED + Signage + Pan-India execution experience, compensation can be negotiated separately.
Performance incentive can also be linked to successful project completion, profitability and execution targets.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
