Retail Merchandiser - Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandise Planning: Develop and implement merchandise plans, including product assortment, pricing, and inventory management.
2. Product Sourcing: Identify and source new products and suppliers to stay competitive and meet customer demands.
3. Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging in-store experience.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize stock levels.
5. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
