Role Summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers (walk-ins, leads, field visits, referrals)
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/records
- Coordinate with finance, delivery, and service teams for smooth sales process
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and showroom events (if applicable)
- Ensure proper documentation during sales closing
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory in many industries)
- Sales or marketing certification is an added advantage
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
