Job Overview:
We are looking for an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician to carry out inspection and testing activities for materials, structures, and components using various NDT methods. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards across civil and construction-related projects. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT inspections using methods such as UT, RT, PT, MT, and VT.
- Inspect civil structures, construction materials, and fabricated components for defects.
- Prepare and maintain inspection and testing reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams on project requirements.
- Handle calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment.
- Support site quality checks and inspection activities.
- Identify issues and report findings with proper documentation.
Skills:
- Knowledge of NDT testing methods and procedures.
- Understanding of civil engineering materials and construction practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and inspection reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- NDT Certification (Level I / Level II) preferred.
Experience:
- 0–5 years in NDT inspection, quality control, or related field.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
