- Supervise and lead production team members to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Monitor production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with product specifications
- identify areas for process improvement solutions to increase productivity.
- Diploma / ITI
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing is mandatory
We have opening in our Thrissur and Coimbatore factories.
