Job Description – Warehouse Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling Textile and E-commerce warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
- Handle inward and outward stock movement.
- Perform picking, packing, quality checks, and dispatch of orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
- Process customer returns and replacement orders.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.
- Assist in regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Prior Textile warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Experience in E-commerce warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
- Experience with order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP/WMS preferred).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse stock when required.
- Team player with a responsible and disciplined work ethic.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
