Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-centric HR Generalist to join our team at our Mohan Estate, New Delhi office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and aligning our HR initiatives with overall business goals.
The ideal candidate is a true "generalist" who thrives in a varied role - handling everything from employee relations and onboarding to compliance, local labor laws, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries at our Delhi office; facilitate open communication and champion initiatives that boost morale.-
Onboarding & Lifecycle Management : Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to welcome and integrate new hires, and conduct thoughtful exit interviews.

HR Operations & Attendance: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS; oversee attendance, leaves, and engagement for the local team.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, Delhi-specific state regulations, PF, ESIC, and Gratuity management.

Performance Management: Support managers through the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal-setting and development plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Education: MBA in HR, or a related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist role.
Location: Ability to reliably commute to our office in Mohan Estate, New Delhi.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indian statutory compliance and labor laws.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
