Nova Design Labs is a creative technology studio specializing in immersive experiences, motion graphics, CGI, 3D visualization, AI-powered content, and interactive media. We partner with brands across real estate, technology, retail, and enterprise to create visually compelling digital experiences.
We're looking for a talented 2D Motion Designer with exceptional skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, brand films, and marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2D motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional animations.
- Design and animate content for social media, digital advertising, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce kinetic typography, logo animations, UI animations, and infographic videos.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Edit and composite motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Create and prepare visual assets in Adobe Photoshop for animation.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all projects.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Motion Design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Basic video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating motion graphics for brands and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of Lottie animations is a plus.
- Understanding of UI motion design is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
