We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong communication skills, CRM knowledge, and good Excel proficiency. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Maintain accurate sales reports, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within timelines.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Work closely with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and onboarding.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
Strong CRM management skills Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table / Basic formulas preferred).
Strong negotiation and client-handling ability.
Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
Any Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2–3 years of proven experience in BDE / Inside Sales / Field Sales.
Experience in handling CRM and Excel reporting is mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,943.91 per month
