seeking a organized and clinically proficient Consultant to lead our Master Health Check (MHC) and Preventive Health Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health screening process, interpreting diagnostic reports, and providing personalized health counseling to clients to promote proactive wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Health Screening Supervision: Oversee the comprehensive flow of health check-up packages, ensuring timely execution of investigations and consultations.
- Clinical Review: Conduct thorough physical examinations and review laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic test results.
- Patient Counseling: Explain report findings clearly to clients, provide actionable lifestyle/dietary advice, and recommend follow-up screenings or specialist referrals when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all health check protocols are followed, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and patient experience.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for MHC clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from registration to report delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Education: MBBS + MD / DNB in General Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience: 4 to 10 yearsof clinical experience; preference given to candidates with experience in preventive health or executive health check-up departments.
- Registration: Valid registration with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical diagnostic ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
