We are a fast-growing Influencer Marketing & Digital Marketing Startup helping brands scale through influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, social media marketing, and innovative digital solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build strong brand partnerships.
Note: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing industry is mandatory.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands, pitching influencer marketing solutions, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify potential clients including brands, startups, agencies, and corporate companies.
- Build relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings and present influencer marketing campaign solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable influencer campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and campaign plans.
- Manage negotiations, client discussions, and close deals successfully.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Work closely with influencer campaign and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong client relationship management and sales skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently working with Influencer Marketing Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, or Creative Agencies.
- Candidates with existing brand/client contacts will have an added advantage.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
