Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Maintain project reports and MIS.
- Prepare and verify RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Measure quantities as per BOQ and drawings.
- Track project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, finance, and client teams.
- Support claim management and variation orders.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in planning and billing for infrastructure/construction projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, project scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
