Job Summary
LeadFynix is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Freelancer to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other sales channels.
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers and present LeadFynix's services.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities using CRM or other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent LeadFynix professionally while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM software, and lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B sales or consulting services.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or technology services is an added advantage.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
