Job Title: Academic Program Manager / Head of Academics
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Role Purpose
The Academic Program Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, design, and execution of culinary and hospitality programs. This role ensures that all academic offerings meet the prestigious standards of La Fondation Le Cordon Bleu while maintaining rigorous quality assurance, administrative excellence, and an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Planning & Curriculum Development
- Curriculum Excellence: Oversee, evaluate, and enhance academic curricula to ensure full alignment with the pedagogical standards and heritage set by La Fondation Le Cordon Bleu.
- Program Innovation: Propose, design, and implement new certificate, diploma, or degree programs and specialized courses, managing the process from initial concept through to formal approval.
- Resource Collaboration: Partner with technical culinary teams and subject matter experts to develop high-quality learning materials, digital resources, and kitchen/classroom teaching aids.
2. Student Experience & Academic Integrity
- Quality Assurance: Act as the primary custodian of academic integrity, ensuring that all programs meet institutional and regulatory quality benchmarks.
- Records Management: Oversee the lifecycle of academic records, ensuring 100% accuracy, data privacy, and confidentiality in student filing and certification.
- Progress Monitoring: Design and monitor robust assessment frameworks, tracking submissions and student progress to identify and support at-risk learners.
3. Administration & Policy Implementation
- Policy Governance: Support the development, communication, and enforcement of academic policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operational Oversight: Manage the logistical complexities of the academic department, including:
- Development of comprehensive examination schedules.
- Optimized classroom and kitchen laboratory allocation.
- Faculty scheduling and academic calendar management.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Education Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in academic administration or curriculum development, preferably within the premium hospitality or culinary arts sector.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of international vocational education standards.
- Proficiency in Academic Management Systems (AMS) or Student Information Systems (SIS).
- Strong competency in project management and policy drafting.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional command of professional English (written and verbal).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to "zero-error" administrative records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and international stakeholders.

Pay: ₹14,740.64 - ₹45,866.77 per month
