Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and monitor construction activities at project sites. The candidate will assist in planning, execution, quality control, and coordination of site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain work records.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Assist in material planning, procurement, and inventory monitoring.
- Identify and report site issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
- Verify completed work and support billing and measurement activities.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on site activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of site engineering experience.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
