Job Title: Quality Controller
Location: Erode
Time: 9.30am to 8pm
The Quality Controller is responsible for checking garment quality at different stages of production to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect garments during cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages
- Check fabric, stitching, measurements, trims, and overall appearance
- Identify and report defects and ensure corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL levels, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with export quality standards and timelines
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in a garments export house (preferred)
- Experience handling international buyers is an advantage
- Should be willing to travel 40%
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
