What would you do? The Reporting & Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of standard MIS reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms such as Workday. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in advanced Excel-based reporting and automation tools to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting outputs. The individual will analyze data trends, support business decision-making, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Execute end-to-end preparation and delivery of standard MIS reports using Excel and data from HCM systems such as Workday • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reports, dashboards, and data summaries • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all deliverables • Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for business insights • Build and enhance automated reporting solutions using Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA • Contribute to reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives • Support root cause analysis (RCA) for reporting or data issues and recommend corrective actions • Take ownership of assigned reporting tasks and projects with minimal supervision • Maintain reporting documentation, logic notes, and SOPs for recurring deliverables • Be flexible to support business requirements, including rotational shifts"
