We’re Hiring: Junior Architect
Studio EMAI is looking for a Junior Architect who is interested in understanding how thoughtful design is translated into well-executed spaces.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys the creative side of architecture but is equally willing to work on the details that bring a project to life: drawings, coordination, material selections, site visits, and execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Experience: 0-1yr
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, or other Adobe tools
- A good understanding of space planning and basic construction details
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines responsibly
- A willingness to take ownership instead of waiting for constant follow-ups
What you’ll be working on:
- Developing architectural and interior working drawings
- Preparing design presentations, moodboards, and material palettes
- Creating and refining 3D models in SketchUp
- Assisting with design development for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and site teams
- Attending site visits and tracking execution progress
- Translating design ideas into practical, buildable details
