About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital performance marketing and have a strong grasp of running ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Amazon platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure efficient campaign spend and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially paid advertising.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
