About Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on Salesforce platform implementations. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution

Track and monitor project progress, adjusting plans as required

Measure project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Manage budgets, timelines, and resource utilization efficiently

Drive Agile project execution methodologies and ensure team alignment

Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards

Expertise You'll Bring:

8–12 years of experience in Project Management with proven delivery track record

Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform and related project implementations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

Experience in Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar
