Urgent Hiring : Technical Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide software support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Maintain issue logs and support documentation
- Coordinate with the development team for unresolved issues
- Train users on basic software usage and features
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
