Guest Service Associate - F&B Service
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and ingredients, and accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Promptly and efficiently serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct orders are delivered.
- Establish a warm rapport with guests to understand their preferences and serve them better.
- Professionally address guest complaints, requests, or concerns and report them to a supervisor when necessary.
Operational and support tasks
- Ensure guest areas, tables, and service points are clean and presentable, and assist with housekeeping duties as required.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and daily specials.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and timely flow of service.
- Assist with billing and cash handling procedures according to company guidelines.
- Help with banquet or special event setups as needed.
