About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Person (Sales Executive) to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration: Calling potential buyers and investors,Explaining property details and offers
Sales & Presentations: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties/services effectively to prospective customers. Prepare engaging presentations that clearly highlight property features, benefits, and value propositions.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends in the Noida real estate market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business/referrals.

In-Hand Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Who Can Apply:
Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales, direct sales, or client-facing roles

Candidates currently residing in or willing to commute to Noida Extension
