- Personal Loan Executive drives the sales of unsecured credit products for banks or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Their core duties include sourcing clients, explaining loan terms and interest rates, and guiding borrowers through the application and document verification process to ensure timely disbursal.
- Core Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential borrowers through outbound calls, field visits, internet leads, or Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels.
- Product Advising: Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and EMI structures clearly to clients.
- Document Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary KYC documents, income proofs, and bank statements for loan underwriting.
- Pipeline Management: Guide applications through the approval cycle and coordinate closely with the credit and operations teams to facilitate quick disbursal.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas while minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
