Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking.
· Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve business growth targets.
· Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for repeat and incremental business.
· Conduct regular visits across Bangalore, Tumkur, Mysore, and nearby regions to meet customers and explore new opportunities.
· Prepare and submit quotations as per customer requirements.
· Coordinate internally for order processing and timely material dispatch.
· Follow up with customers for enquiries, orders, and payments.
· Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Engineering preferred).
· 0-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in industrial products, engineering products, bearings, or other B2B products.
· Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby regions.
· Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email correspondence.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driving license preferred.
Compensation: Salary and incentives will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.
