Job Description: Researcher (Psychology & Career Guidance)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on student behavior, learning patterns, career interests, educational psychology, and psychological assessment frameworks
- Develop new research-based materials, activities, career guidance resources, and psychometric assessments for students and schools
- Create and improve assessment content, questionnaires, career reports, and evaluation methods based on research findings
- Research emerging career trends, education policies, future job opportunities, and industry requirements
- Develop new content and guidance material based on educational and psychological research
- Analyze and improve career guidance models, student evaluation systems, and counseling frameworks
- Work closely with the product, academic, and counseling teams to improve career assessment tools and student reports
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing career guidance programs and recommend research-backed improvements
- Collect, organize, interpret, and analyze research data from schools, students, and educational institutions
- Prepare structured research reports, insights, recommendations, and documentation for internal teams
- Support the development of evidence-based career guidance strategies for school subscription programs
- Stay updated with advancements in educational psychology, psychometrics, career counseling methodologies, and learning sciences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology (Educational Psychology / Counseling Psychology preferred)
- Strong understanding of student psychology, psychometric assessments, and counseling principles
- Knowledge of career guidance frameworks and educational research methodologies
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare structured reports and present insights clearly
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and research documentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in career counseling, educational research, content development, or psychometric assessment
- Understanding of school education systems and student development stages
- Ability to develop research-based educational and career guidance content
- Data interpretation, reporting, and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic, counseling, and product teams
