Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory control, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising store staff, and ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials. The role focuses on maintaining proper stock levels and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers or inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for material receipt and dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience with inventory managemen is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
