Child Care & Supervision
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Supervise children during play, meals, and nap times
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and hygiene needsLearning & Activities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational and play activities
- Encourage creativity through arts, crafts, storytelling, and games
- Support early childhood development (language, motor, and social skills)
Emotional & Social Support
- Build a loving and friendly environment for children
- Encourage positive behavior and good habits
- Help children develop communication and social interaction skills
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare area
- Ensure toys and equipment are safe and sanitized
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Parent Communication
- Communicate daily updates about child progress and behavior
- Address parents’ concerns in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain records of attendance and activities
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Minimum: High School / 12th Pass
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field
Skills
- Patience and caring attitude towards children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of child development
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
