Job Summary
Redpath Diagnostics is hiring an experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of all major laboratory departments and be capable of reviewing and approving laboratory reports while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Mandatory)
- MMLT will be an added advantage.
- M.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Sciences or any relevant Life Science discipline) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and approve laboratory reports.
- Perform and supervise routine laboratory testing.
- Hands-on experience in Clinical Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Immunology/Serology, and Microbiology.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and NABL guidelines.
- Monitor result accuracy and maintain laboratory quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and support junior laboratory staff.
