Roles & responsibilities:
- Capture the condition of vehicle i.e. scratches, wear & tear, fuel etc in the job card.
- Also capture customer demand and complete of all demand repairs upto the customer satisfaction and timely delivery of vehicle as per norms.
- Ensure all materials / items of car to be handed over to customer before taking the car to workshop.
- Take online approval (OCAS/whatsapp) of estimates from customer and mention additional job in back side of job slip duly signed by customer.
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet.
- Provide clear cost estimates and ensure cost estimate should not vary beyond 10%.
- Guide customer to lounge who wants to wait at show room till vehicles gets ready and ensure he/she should be treated well.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
- Ensure clear and precise service invoices that show parts, labour and lubricants charges & explanation of same to customer.
- Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers to close complaints.
- Ensure his presence at time of delivery of vehicle to customer.
- Guide customer regarding CEI and its rating criteria.
- Ensure CEI at the highest band (not lower than 130).
- Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer’s satisfaction.
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time.
- Ensure to keep zero CC/10K.
- Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time.
- Ensure no vehicle is returned without service.
- Driving the respective targets (Load, Labor, MGA, VAS etc.)
- Any other task as assigned by superiors or management
work experience requirements
In case of Diploma- 6-12 months; BE-1-3 months training on floor.
