We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team at Credence Educational Service, Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting the right courses and colleges based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
The role involves handling student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct walk-ins, and providing accurate information about various educational programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities. The candidate should be confident in communicating with both students and parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive counselling experience.
You will also be responsible for following up with prospective students, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful admissions. Maintaining proper records of interactions, updating databases, and coordinating with the internal team for admission processes are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education consultancy will be an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
