Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of Ather electric scooters, handling customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. The role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ather models.
· Explain product features, EV technology, charging solutions, pricing, finance, and ownership benefits.
· Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
· Generate and follow up on leads through showroom visits, calls, social media, and referrals.
· Coordinate vehicle booking, documentation, financing, and delivery processes.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
· Participate in promotional activities, events, roadshows, and local marketing campaigns.
· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
· Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in automobile, EV, retail, or consumer sales.
· Valid two-wheeler driving license.
· Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
· Good communication skills in English and local language.
