Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented BTL Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the BTL Marketing team. The role involves attendance monitoring, event coordination, report preparation, payment and bill processing, asset tracking, documentation, and coordination with field, logistics, plant, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the attendance records of BTL staff.
- Handle daily administrative activities related to the office and BTL events.
- Manage internal systems, including link creation, report extraction, employee data updates, and exit-data maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management meetings.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and maintain meeting-related documentation.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external promotional events.
- Process event-related payments and submit supporting bills to the Finance Department.
- Maintain accurate weekly payment details and trackers in Microsoft Excel.
- Verify employee travel bills and submit them to the Accounts Department.
- Maintain company asset and product tracking records.
- Issue company assets or products only after obtaining the required approval and completing proper documentation.
- Raise indents for events and coordinate with the Logistics and Spoke teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with plant, logistics, and field teams.
- Extract and prepare incentive payout details for Brand Ambassadors.
- Coordinate the dispatch of data, documents, and files through courier to the respective locations.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for documents, records, and company assets.
- Undertake approximately 10% fieldwork based on event and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in administration, event coordination, BTL operations, marketing support, or back-office coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with strong administrative and coordination skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record-maintenance skills.
- Basic understanding of payment processing and bill verification.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
