About the Role
URL Factory Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Zea India Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Domestic SaaS Product Sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative technology solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts with clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Domestic SaaS Product Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition.
- Good understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or technology/SaaS sales is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-based software solutions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
