Job Description – Civil Software Trainer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Swargate, Pune
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Software Trainer who can deliver high-quality training programs on civil engineering software tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry exposure, and the ability to train students/professionals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on civil engineering software applications.
Provide hands-on practical training with real-time projects and assignments.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and course content.
Explain software concepts, tools, workflows, and industry practices.
Support learners in project development and software implementation.
Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments and feedback.
Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and requirements.
Guide students on project execution and career-oriented skills.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and software tools.
Hands-on experience with software such as:
AutoCAD
Revit (Civil/Architecture)
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
Civil 3D
Primavera P6 (added advantage)
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions.
Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
