1. Financial Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor the company's financial performance and profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial information to management.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving profitability and cost control.
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts.
- Review sales, purchase, expenses, payroll, and journal entries.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
3. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget.
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management in financial decision-making and business planning.
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow.
- Manage working capital requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of funds for operational requirements.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with customers for payment collection.
5. Banking & Fund Management
- Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage working capital limits, term loans, packing credit, LC, BG, and other banking facilities.
- Prepare and submit documents required by banks.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest, and other banking charges.
6. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and stock audits.
7. Cost Control & Profitability
- Monitor production and operational costs.
- Analyze product costing and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Support management in pricing and investment decisions.
8. Internal Controls & Audit
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
9. Team Management
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor departmental performance.
- Train and guide team members.
- Ensure timely completion of all finance and accounting activities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
