Job Title: Pre-School Teacher
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-School Teacher to nurture and educate young children in their early years. The role focuses on building a strong foundation through play-based and activity-driven learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and social skills.
- Use play-way methods, storytelling, and creative activities for learning.
- Monitor and track children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and nurturing approach.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and progress.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd/NTT/Montessori) or related field.
- Prior experience in a pre-school or early years setting preferred (1–3 years).
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and passion for teaching may also apply.
