Since 2010, RK Motor Training School has helped thousands of learners become safe and confident drivers. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, professional Driving Instructors who take pride in teaching and delivering an excellent student experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: ₹50 per batch after 10 batches per day
- Annual Performance Bonus
- Realistic Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹35,000+
Work Schedule
Shift Options:
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- OR
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- 1 Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical driving lessons for learner drivers.
- Train students in safe and defensive driving techniques.
- Teach vehicle control, parking, traffic navigation, and road safety.
- Build learner confidence through professional and patient instruction.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, clean, and road-ready.
- Provide feedback on student progress and readiness for driving tests.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Requirements
Mandatory
- ✔ Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- ✔ Minimum 1 year of driving instruction / teaching experience
- ✔ Thorough knowledge of Manual and Automatic Cars
- ✔ Excellent practical driving skills and road awareness
- ✔ Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with learners
- ✔ Good communication in Hindi and English
- ✔ Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred
✔ Marathi speaking
