Job Summary
Tray Forming Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, setting, monitoring, and maintaining tray forming machines used in the production of medical device packaging trays. The role ensures smooth production, product quality, machine efficiency, and compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and company quality standards.
Required Qualifications Education
- ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical Background Preferred)
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience operating Tray Forming, Thermoforming, Vacuum Forming, or similar plastic forming machines.
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, or Plastic Manufacturing industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tray Forming/Thermoforming Machine Operations.
- Understanding of production and quality standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of GMP and ISO practices preferred.
