Position: IT Support Technician / Computer & Network Support Executive

Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Technician responsible for handling day-to-day technical issues related to computers, Wi-Fi networks, telephones, printers, and other office IT equipment. The candidate should be able to identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity-related problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer, laptop, Wi-Fi, network, and telephone-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Diagnose hardware and software errors and provide timely solutions.
- Handle Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, and basic networking issues.
- Set up and troubleshoot office telephones and related equipment.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Maintain and monitor office IT equipment and systems.
- Perform basic system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors when required.
- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and technical issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
- Knowledge of telephone system troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve routine technical issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
