Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated B.Com fresher to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data across systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
- Verify accuracy of information before inputting into records.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries from entered data.
- Support finance and accounts teams with data-related tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform routine checks to identify and correct errors.
- Coordinate with other departments for data collection and validation
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting principles (advantage for B.Com graduates).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Fresh graduates welcome.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
