- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory, and control obsolescence to maximize the "parts turn" ratio.
- Procurement & Purchasing: Forecast demand, place orders with OEMs/suppliers, and track shipments to maintain optimal supply.
- Department Collaboration: Work directly with Service Managers and Body Shop teams to ensure repair jobs are not delayed due to missing parts.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate parts department staff.
- Profitability & Pricing: Establish pricing policies, monitor financial statements, and manage wholesale/retail part sales.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming parts for damage and handle warranty returns or core credits.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
