Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Manage employee exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and clearance procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, pantry requirements, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
- Monitor office assets and maintain asset records.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation coordination when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with office safety, security, and workplace regulations.
- Support management in administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain records of agreements, licenses, AMC contracts, and vendor documentation.
