Sales Executive – Mahindra Sales (LMM Division)

Job Summary
Sri Lakshmi Automobiles World is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell Mahindra Light Motor Vehicles (LMM). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, vehicle demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Identify potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in automobile sales, FMCG sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or field marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Salary & Benefits
