Job Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive with 3–6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, purchase accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliances, ERP transactions, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Core Responsibilities
- Verify and process *purchase bills, vendor invoices, debit/credit notes*, and ensure proper accounting.
- Prepare and process *bank payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheques), vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payment reconciliations.
- Manage *GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT*, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filing and payment.
- Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Record and validate transactions in *ERP/Tally/SAP* and generate financial MIS reports.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, bank accounts, and statutory ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
Qualification
· B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter
Experience
- 5–8 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Manufacturing/EPC.
