About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to drive the development of scalable AI-powered healthcare products and platforms. This role will lead multiple engineering teams, provide technical and organizational leadership, and partner closely with Product, Data Science, Clinical, and Business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, engineering excellence, architectural vision, and experience building data-intensive or AI-driven products.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams (15–20+ engineers).
- Drive hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and scale engineering processes to support rapid growth.
Delivery & Execution
- Own engineering delivery across multiple product initiatives.
- Drive roadmap execution, sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely, high-quality product releases while balancing innovation and technical debt.
- Remove organizational and technical blockers to improve team productivity.
Technical Strategy & Architecture
- Provide architectural guidance and technical direction across products and platforms.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and scalable distributed systems.
- Champion AI, LLM, and Agentic AI capabilities across product offerings.
- Oversee data platforms, analytics systems, integrations, and platform reliability.
- Establish best practices around security, compliance, observability, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, QA, DevOps, and Clinical teams.
- Translate business objectives into technical strategy and execution plans.
- Represent Engineering in leadership discussions and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with external partners and customers on integrations and enterprise initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading multiple engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale distributed systems and enterprise-grade platforms.
- Strong leadership experience managing engineering managers, tech leads, and senior engineers.
- Hands-on or architectural experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps and MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics systems, and data engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare IT, HealthTech, Digital Health, or Life Sciences domain experience.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with EHR/EMR integrations, API platforms, or enterprise integration solutions.
- Exposure to AI-powered healthcare applications, clinical decision support systems, or predictive analytics products.
- Experience working in regulated environments with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FDA SaMD, or similar frameworks.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
