- Operate CNC Turning (Lathe) machines as per production plans.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine parameter adjustments.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Change cutting tools and inserts as required.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality throughout production.
- Record production output and inspection results.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and work instructions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by following 5S practices.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
