About the Company
Anand Paints is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand dealer/distributor network, and strengthen market presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Handle channel sales and trade sales activities.
- Generate new business opportunities and market expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection and payment follow-ups.
- Support marketing and promotional activities in the region.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Paint / FMCG / Building Materials industry.
- Experience in Paints, Decorative Paints, Industrial Paints, Primers, Thinners, Sealers, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Tiles, or related industries.
- Strong experience in dealer and distributor handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
