Key responsibilities o Supervise and manage the daily activities of the operations team members o Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness o Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet organizational objectives o Develop and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations team members o Manage and track team KPIs and ensure goals are met or exceeded o Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of operations o Provide regular reports on team activities, successes, and challenges to senior management o Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement them o Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure all objectives are met o Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations o Monitor and analyze team performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions o Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and achievement of company goals o Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities o Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Requirement o Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing a team o Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills o Ability to analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills o Familiarity with project management software and tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
